I rate this company as a 5 star because that is all it will allow me to do...otherwise, I would give it a 10. I was given very short notice that we needed 50 chairs for a graduation party. After several attempts of browsing online and calling trying to find someone, Makenzi called me back within minutes. She was not only very friendly but most helpful in assisting me and assuring me the chairs would be delivered. She let me know I could contact her any time during the rental process and delivery with any questions or concerns. The main delivery driver was also very personable and did a great job in dropping off and picking up. I was very pleased overall with the service and highly recommend them!! Kudos to Makenzi and the team!
